General terms and conditions of stay:
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Should you require check-in at different times, we kindly ask you to inform us well in advance by contacting the property directly, so that we can meet your needs
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late arrival or early departure, if not communicated at least 14 days in advance, will result in payment of the full stay.

- Afternoon snack with small buffet from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- New indoor pool with whirlpool area and water blade, open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Spa kit with soft bathrobes for the whole family and spa towels for the adults
- New wellness centre (access reserved for guests aged 14 and over) with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, sensory shower, cold plunge pool, herbal tea area, relaxation room and panoramic outdoor whirlpool — open daily from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Beauty Area for relaxing massages and treatments dedicated to adults and children (for a fee, by reservation)

- Dogs allowed on request: small/medium size, €15.00/day for cleaning; bowl and mat included. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness centre, pool and playroom. As we have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms, this must be requested at the time of booking to check availability with management.
- Change of bathrobes and pool towels: first supply included; bathrobe and towel change available for a fee (to be requested at reception)
- Packed lunch including 2 sandwiches with mixed cold cuts, fruit, chocolate bar, soft drink. For children: hot baby food to take away with thermos
- Dinner at the hotel (for B&B formula), to be booked by 4:00 p.m., includes vegetable and starter buffet, homemade bread and focaccia, 3 first courses and 3 main courses to choose from, dessert and a dedicated Baby Menu.
