Check in: from 2.30 pm onwards. 
If you would like to check-in at a different time, please let the hotel know well in advance directly. For the purposes of ensuring a better service you are asked to notify the hotel of your approximate time of arrival a few days in advance.

Check out: before 10 am on the day of departure
. In the absence of advance notice (14 days), postponing arrival or early departure involves payment of the whole period booked.

• BESAFE RATE INSURANCE: Besafe Rate insures you for cancellation caused by unforeseen events and offers an up to 100% refund for your whole stay in accordance with the insurance policy regulations applying at the time of booking.
• PACKED LUNCH with bread rolls and cold cuts, fresh fruit, a bar of chocolate and a drink € 10,00 per person. A thermos of hot baby food for babies € 5,00.
• SMALL PETS ALLOWED: medium-small dogs are allowed on advance notice for € 10,00.
 The hotel has limited numbers of dog access rooms and availability must be checked at the moment of booking. Dogs are not allowed in the dining hall and SPA Pool area.
 When they transit through shared spaces dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
 Animals must not be left unsupervised in rooms or on terraces.

• POOL ROBES: bathrobes are available on request at a cost of € 8,00
• BOTTLE OF ROTARI SPARKLING WINE IN YOUR ROOM: on request we con you a bottle of Rotari sparkling wine left in your room Cost € 20,00
• BIRTHDAY CAKE: on request we will arrange for a birthday cake to be made for you as a sweet surprise treat Cost € 27,00
• OBLIGATORY TOURIST TAX € 2,00 per person, for the over 14s, up to a maximum of 10 nights

• Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, including the rooms.
• Unregistered individuals cannot stay overnight at the hotel.
