Is a deposit required at the time of booking?

Yes, at the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation. This amount can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. In case of cancellation, the cancellation policies outlined in the summary email received at the time of booking confirmation apply.

How can I get to the hotel without a car?

You can reach San Lorenzo Dorsino by train to the Trento train station, then taking buses on Trentino Trasporti routes B201-208 from the Trento bus station, which is right next to the train station. Transportation from Trento to San Lorenzo is free thanks to the Paganella Dolomiti Guest Card. We recommend checking www.trentinotrasporti.it or the Muoversi in Trentino App for more detailed schedules.
Alternatively, a Taxi service is available for a fee, € 60.00 one way to be booked at our front desk and will take you directly to the hotel from the Trento train station.

Can your restaurant be accessed from outside?

Certainly, by reservation we are happy to welcome outside guests.

What is the weather like in San Lorenzo Dorsino?

The site we recommend monitoring for weather forecasts is www.meteotrentino.it, by entering the desired location you can get a detailed 6-day forecast.

Do you offer bicycle rentals?

Yes, we have both mountain-bike rental, which is free for our guests, and E-bike rental, which is charged. The cost is 54.00 € per E-bike for the whole day, we kindly ask you to reserve it one day in advance.

Do you have covered parking?

Part of our private parking lot is covered, part outside. It is not possible to reserve a covered parking space for cars. You can reserve it covered instead for motorcycles.

How far are you from the ski lifts?

The nearest ski area is the Paganella ski area, with views of the Brenta Dolomites, which is 15 km from our Hotel, suitable for both beginners and experts.

Are dogs allowed?

We accept small to medium-sized dogs upon request. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but by reservation we can reserve a table in a secluded room where you can dine and have breakfast with your pooch. We charge an additional fee of €10.00 per night per dog. One dog per room is allowed

Do you arrange excursions directly to the hotel?

We have a rich program of excursions that can be booked directly at the hotel, departing from the Borgo square, which is 400 meters from the hotel.

Is it possible to have lunch at the hotel?

We offer an a la carte menu for lunch at the hotel. Lunch is served at 12:30 p.m. and reservations are required.

Where can I leave my bike?

We have an enclosed storage room where you can safely leave your bikes.

At what time is it possible to check in?

You can check in starting at 2:30 p.m.

What time should I leave the room?

Check-out is expected by 10 a.m.

Can I have a room with a balcony?

All of our rooms have balconies, a part of rooms have a spacious panoramic balcony furnished with armchairs and a small table, while a part has a small non-viewing balcony. We recommend that you look at the specifications of each room, where the type of balcony is described.

Can I have a room without carpeting?

All our rooms have been furnished with natural materials and exclusively oak floors.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

Of course, at check-in upon request by the customer, a Card is handed out to activate our electric column and be able to connect their car for charging. There is a charge for this service, at the end of your stay we will read on our extranet the connections made and the total consumption to calculate the rate.

What do I need to bring to access your pool?

Slippers and a towel and/or bathrobe are required. At the hotel we also rent the bathrobe at € 8.00 per piece or the towel at € 4.00

Does the hotel have a solarium?

We have a sunbathing area either near the pool or in our garden furnished with sunbeds.

Where can I buy typical products?

We have a well-stocked local products store in the village “Delizie de Val”, where you can find lots of local products or at the village cooperative where you can find “Ciuiga” and local sausages

Does your hotel arrange transfers?

We arrange transfers upon request, for which there is a charge.

Why don't you provide the classic single-serving products?

Our hotel is sensitive to the environment and therefore also to the production of waste. You will find in their place functional dispensers in the rooms with excellent body cleaning products, which allow us to reduce waste.

Do you have a kids' club?

Kids’ club service is available from June 12th to September 15th, in the afternoon and evening hours with workshops, baby dance and other activities. Sunday closed. In case of bad weather our entertainers will be available to open the playroom in the morning at other times as well.

Can minors have access to the heated pool?

Certainly, our heated pool is open to all children and adults. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Do you have a massage service?

Yes, during your stay at the hotel, on our guest portal you will find Ayurveda and Shatsu massage proposals that can be booked directly at the hotel and performed in the rooms or in the garden.

What activities are there for children in the hotel/outside the hotel?

Our hotel is designed for families, so you will find numerous services and spaces so that your vacation with children will spend in the best possible way.

The hotel’s outdoor space features a 600-square-meter terrace with a natural swimming pool heated with Himalayan salts that can be used in any outdoor climate, its temperature is constantly 35° C
In addition, we have a large garden with a beautiful playground for children, a small farm where you can see our animals up close, such as horses, sheep, mutton, donkey, rooster and chickens. We also have a bocce court and tennis court with free equipment rental.

Inside the hotel we have a large game room for children with table tennis and table soccer. There will be our entertainers who will organize activities, small workshops and games, in the afternoon after the excursions. Activities will start at 4 pm with a tasty snack until 7:15 pm. The entertainment will then continue after dinner starting at 8:30 pm.

Our locality offers so many possibilities for “do-it-yourself” trips and walks in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, to lakes and mountain huts at the foot of the Dolomites. There are beautiful treks not only starting from our Borgo, but also just a few kilometers away such as in Molveno, Andalo and on Paganella. We also have a program of experiences suitable for the whole family, these can be

booked in advance request the activity program. Of course, once you arrive at the hotel we will give you a folder with information material and we will be available to help you organize your vacation in the best possible way by recommending the most attractive itineraries according to your needs.

During the summer there is a mobility service that connects San Lorenzo Dorsino with nearby resorts and will be free for our guests, thanks to the Paganella Dolomiti Guest Card.

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, we have coin-operated washer and dryer. The prices are as follows: €5.50 for washing and €7.00 for drying.
